Billie Lourd Shares on Playing Chanel #3

Scream Queens beauty, Billie Lourd, portrays devoted Chanel minion with an earmuff fetish, Chanel #3, who now works at C.U.R.E. hospital in the second season. Billie appeared on “Live with Kelly” to dish on FOX’s hit horror-comedy series upcoming penultimate episode.
