Billie appeared on “TODAY,” to dish on FOX’s hit horror-comedy series upcoming penultimate episode. (Dec. 13). In the clip below, Billie talks to Kathie Lee and Hoda about her role as Chanel #3 and her character’s signature pink earmuffs.
