FOX released a new sneak peek clip for the highly anticipated fourth episode and Halloween-themed episode of the hit horror-comedy. Scream Queens second season, “Halloween Blues.”  In  the clip below, Dean Munsch is shocked to discover that Chad has left her all of his assets.
